Good morning everyone and TGIF!  This was a great puzzle that took me a bit to figure out.  IMPEL was the stumper for me, but after I figured it out it was on to the cartoon solution. No words popped out for me at first glance. After looking at the cartoon, I noticed those pups were sure wagging their tails!  WAGGIN was there and welcome came into view after crossing out the available letters.  Any big plans for the weekend?  My only goal is to finish my basement and be ready for the carpet installers on thursday. Good morning everyone.  It sure was a chilly start to the day here in the Northeast!  Fall sure is coming quickly.  What a great puzzle today. Not too easy or hard — a perfect treat.  The only word I didn’t see at first was ACCORD.  It came after thinking about it for a minute.  The cartoon answer was no problem with TABLE being the first word that I saw and the rest came to me pretty quickly.  Enjoy your day, my friends.  No big Labor Day plans for me other than putting the finishing touches on my basement project.  I finished installing the baseboard heat to my boiler and nailed all the floor trim boards to the wall yesterday.  It’s so close to being done.  Let me know your thoughts on the puzzle or if you have any big plans.  I’ll see you tomorrow!

Good morning everyone!  I hope you’re having a great weekend so far.  The only clue word I had trouble with was PAYOUT.  I kept trying to put the Y at the end to make a word.  I then saw OUT and PAY was there.  Grrrrr!  The cartoon was a cinch to put this puzzle away. TGIF my friends!  Another fun puzzle except I was shocked to see MODEM as one of the clue words.  I reckon some of the younger players may have had some difficulty with that one.  Do they even know what those were?  My first computer had a 2400 baud modem and that’s how I dialed up to my local BBS (no real internet back then).  I upgraged to a 14.4 Kpbs modem and thought that was life changing.  14.4 led to 28.8 and then a 56K!  I really miss the sounds of a dial up modem.  As a teenager I would dial up late at night and my older brother would bang on my bedroom door and tell me to stop being so loud.  I couldn’t help myself as I was a pioneer of the technological revolution!  I digress, but it sure was fun remembering the early days of computer connectivity.  The cartoon answer was visible to me and not any trouble at all. Good morning everyone!  Todays puzzle showcased great clue words and masterful jumbling.  I was awake enough to get the first three pretty quickly, but TARIFF gave me some trouble.  No matter which letter I started with, I just couldn’t find it.  Somehow it finally popped out at me and I was on to the cartoon.  Boy was that chef rude to the other cook!  Just a quick glance at the letters and I solved the puzzle. I must admit I was very impressed with the Jumble clue words today. I can’t remember seeing them in any previous games.  Well done!!!  😃😃😃
