  1. 🎢”Just when you think you’re in control, Just when you think you’ve got a hold, Just when you get on a roll… Here it goes, here it goes, here it goes again. Oh, here it goes again…I should have known, should have known..Oh here it goes again…”🎢 Treadmills….Deadmills, if you’re not careful! Proceed with Caution!
I didn’t have a problem with today’s words, but oh what a STRETCH with some of the scrambles! ICONIC?…Iconic! Just look at it…great jumble! Pretty CORE all today’s words are reTREADS, but they sure are GYM Dandies! Our cartoon: Who hasn’t seen this guy before? Mr. Multi-Tasker? The business TYCOON? The GENIUS who thinks he can do it all? You try to igNORDIC guy, BUTT it’s HARD. So, you watch him, and you tend to THINk all those EXOTIC moves are inTENtional. Until you see AUTHORwise. He doesn’t have SOLE, he’s just trying to JUGGLE the phone, the water bottle, and the IPod, and he AORTA know how foolish he looks! And how dangerous it can be, WALKing on the MILE side like that. SQUAT is he thinking? So Jeff shows us the guy so distracted that he slips. And the diaLOG tells us the women know he needs to JOG his memory about the danger. You know this can’t end well…CAUTION sure looks bad! I guess it was all just an EXERCISE in futility, an ABSolute WAIST of time! Eye candy? I didn’t have to sTRAIN to find it today! That water bottle, reading “JUMBLE”, with a lightning rod? I just couldn’t stop STAIRing LAT it!
So, Jumble Guys, this WORKED OUT well. You not only gave us a great puzzle, but also a little CAUTIONARY tale. I’ll CALVE to carry that message with me as I continue my FITNESS GURNEY…
Have a great day, Everyone. And keep in mind, if you’re looking to STRAIN MUSSELS, use cold water only, and a colander large enough for all of them to FIT. Nothing worse than SCRUNCHing your MUSSELS! πŸ‹πŸ» πŸ™‹πŸ»

    • Hi Patricia. We usually don’t post that, but I’d be happy to give it to you. If you’re referring to the Jumble for Kids, these are the words:
      FEW, COMB, FLAG, and MESS.
      The answer is: “FAME-MOSS”.
      Hope that helps!
      Have a great day! πŸ™‹πŸ»

  2. Hi all – AUTHOR took the second longest time, then had to write out the letters to get the answer (the ‘x’ tipped me off to EXERCISING), which gave me the letters for GURNEY, which I missed after working in a hospital for 37 years. A gurney which that guy will need soon. Those women certainly don’t look as sympathetic as Lelia and Angela were to an athlete in distress back in March.

    Have a good afternoon!

      • Not a whole lot it seems, except for early-morning trolls on previous pages. Quiet Sunday, eh? A baseball note on IOW in a minute. πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

      • You know as far as I’m concerned youse done gud!!
A retired English prof who uses ampersands instead of “and”s? Seems a bit fishy. In any case, best ignored and forgotten. IMO

      • Yes, it does. We have a theory or two. Ignored and forgotten? LOL.. It wasn’t tho, was it? I didn’t ignore it, and I haven’t forgotten yet! LOL…It rubbed me the wrong way. Troubled and disappointed? Jeez, look around, there’s soooooo many things to be troubled and disappointed with today. This certainly shouldn’t be one of them! I shouldn’t be one of them! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Did I “sound” like myself in my rebuttal? Was I “cordial” enough? πŸ˜‰ Whatever, I’m having a glorious day, and I wish you and everyone else the same! πŸ˜‚πŸ™‹πŸ»

  3. Hi All – This was a tough Sunday for me. I had to do a lot of jumbling on paper to back into genius and gurney. It didn’t help that these two words shared many of the same letters.

  5. Good evening. Had a devil of a time getting everything. Had four words before I put it aside to play bocce. Came back and went right back to it. The last word to get made me feel like a dunce rather than a genius. I could not believe how long it took to get that word. This time looking at the cartoon answer it came to me pretty quick. My friend said it was easy for her. That made me feel dummer than his friend dumb. Oh well. with Monday’s luck I should feel like Einstein Until tomorrow stay well.

  6. Good morning (8-14-2017). It’s 10:18 and today’s puzzle has yet to be sent out so why not post today’s result on yesterday. Ended it last night so it’s only fitting that I start it My last comment was that I was looking forward to Monday as it usually gives me confidence. I didn’t feel like Einstein but I solved both ends very quickly. Till tomorrow stay well.

  7. Cute puzzle and a quick solve. Heard the phrase all my life as a lot of my relatives are farmers. I was raised on country sunshine and have sweet memories. Have a terrific Tuesday! πŸ—πŸŒž
