CARTOON ANSWER:

WHEN IT CAME TO CATCHING TROUT, THE SKILLED ANGLER WAS —

SHNFTIERPOI = “PRO-FISH-IENT”

Good Wednesday morning my friends!  COZIER was the only word that I had a difficult time with and I would have expected it to be easier because it had a Z in it.  The fact that it was jumbled as a comparative adjective was enough to throw me off and give my brain quite a workout.  Moving on to the cartoon, we encounter two men in a stream doing a bit of fly fishing.  Reading the dialogue, I immediately picked up on the words “gifted angler” as well as “skilled angler” in the sentence.  Looking at the letter layout, FISH seemed like the obvious word to start with.  Crossing out the letters caused me to see PRO leaving IENT for the finish.

This is my last post for a couple of weeks as we are leaving for vacation later this afternoon.  I’ll be sure to check in from time to time and post a few photos.  Angela will be taking over the reins in the meantime and I wish her the best of luck!  Happy Jumbling and I’ll see you soon! 🙂
