So how’s your weekend going? Yesterday’s puzzle sure was tough so let’s see what we’re getting into today. INTACT was the word that slowed me down this morning. After my short delay, it was straight to the cartoon. The first thing I noticed was that there were a ton of letters and our old friend “-ING” made an appearance. I found GROUND first, and then GAINING for a swift finish. Did you notice some print on the man’s hat? I think it says “Family Tree” with a tree in the middle. I really enjoy the little details that Mr. Knurek slips in — they really add a finishing touch to an otherwise perfect drawing. I got stomped yesterday, but after I figured out ‘intact’ I had no trouble with today’s puzzle. Have a great rest of the weekend.

Words 1,2 & 4 one second, intact maybe 25 seconds……solution, at first misdirected because I thought both words ended in ing. Could not advance until I got ground. Kinda easy for Saturday, sorta like a Monday puzzle.
