CARTOON ANSWER:
PINSAEIDETRM = MEAN SPIRITED
Good Monday morning my friends! I hope you’re ready for another week of Jumble goodness, so let’s get started. First off, the word choices were excellent this morning and I don’t recall seeing any of them recently. The only word that I had trouble with this morning was SHAME. After that I breezed through the rest of the clues and was on to the cartoon. The first two things that I noticed about it was that it had a lot of letters in the answer and there was a lot of dialogue. After reading the cartoon, I decided to start on the 4 letter word. I had ANTI, DISA, and PAST but couldn’t come up with the second word. The letters for GHOST weren’t there either but SPIRIT was. I added the ED suffix and saw MEAN right away in my remaining letters. Overall another great puzzle and a wonderful way to start the morning. I wonder if tomorrow’s puzzle will have a voting or Presidential theme? Until then have a great Monday and I’ll see you tomorrow? 😊

Mean spirited was the hardest jumble I ever saw. You beat me today
Good morning Donald. I agree that it was unique and difficult. Have a good day! 👍🏻
Since the letters to the word TEMPER were among the scrambled answer letters, I got stuck looking for a way to use it.
Interesting (aptly) that the mean-spirited ghost in the cartoon has a Trump haircut,
I didn’t notice that — great catch!
Not the way to start off the week –the word trauma got me, and I just couldn’t get anti out of my brain. Makes up for all the easy ones from last week.
It sure does, Rita. 😀
Had all the words at a single glanced but couldn’t able to solve the jumble
It sure took me some time to figure out as well, Syed.
I got the words but could not get the comic answer because I had it in my head that the first four letters were “anti” (as did two of you) and I couldn’t think of a synonym for ghost so I resorted to an old trick of mine. I have a plastic bag containing the letters to an old Scrabble game. I put today’s comic answer letters into a box lid, shook them around a few times, and out jumped spirit which led me to mean-spirited. I’ll never know why I couldn’t think of spirit from the get-go except for the fact that I am 77 years old and qualify for what they call senior moments.
Happy Jumbling, one and all. I loved all of today’s comments.
Good afternoon Lelia! That’s a neat trick with the scrabble letters. Most of the time when I’m stumped, I jumble the letters myself on a piece of paper. I like the idea of the scrabble tiles though as they are tangible and easy to manipulate. I might have to recommend that trick at some point. Enjoy the AZ ☀️️☀️️☀️️!!!
It was nice to hear that you are 77, but I have you beat, I’m already in my eighty … and know all about senior moments. haha!! Happy Jumbling to you.
I won’t disclose my age! 😉
