I usually get the answer ‘first’…and then unscamble the words to check and make sure. I got ‘tail’, but could not figure out the galters for some reason!
I must admit, RIPSAW threw me for a loop this morning!

Didn’t think ripsaw was a word, and spent quite awhile trying to make some other word from it. Finally decided that had to be it.
I’ve been a loyal player for years & rarely get stumped but “ripsaw” reduced me to seeking help. Just glad Jumble isn’t always so daunting 😅
