  1. Not hard but it is Monday!
Ninth may have been my most difficult but still not that hard.
Weather still cool in Cally but slowly drifting toward summer. Hollyweird is giving out their awards while lecturing all of us.
Incidental point, many years ago I was a bus boy at the Oscars when it was staged at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Kind of fun.

    • 4th line of your reply! WooHoo! 👍🏻 You don’t receive an Oscar, but you get the Gold Medal 🥇 for that one! 😂😂

  2. Good Morning, Everyone. 🚪🔔THE CHIMES OF YOUR LIFE 🔔🚪

🎶 You can RING MY BELL. you can ring my bell…(Ding, dong, ding, ah-ah, ring it)…You can
RING MY BELL…anytime, anywhere…(Ring it, ring it, ring it, ring it, ow)…🎶 “Ring My Bell” – Anita Ward 1979 https://tinyurl.com/rkdsnfu

🚪Today’s Ring Video Doorbells are quite common that’s for sure,
But not yet fully popular with these Folks, more MATURE…
And if you think about it, what’s to them an ODDITY yet,
Would benefit them most of all…it’s something they should get
Compare it to a baseball game, the NINTH, you’re at the plate
A GROUP of people watching…just like people at your gate…
But these two that we see here, they’ve not chosen to see fit
To change their ways, they’re keeping chimes and they’re “A-DOOR-RING” IT! 🚪

    …A DOOR, a RING…IT’s music to their ears.. https://tinyurl.com/ym5x3yam

Have a good day, Everyone. Be well and stay safe out there…🚪🔔🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. 🏡 Looking at the NINTH home in the community for MATURE adults, and ADORING IT, they felt it an ODDITY though that the GROUP of people milling around were all teenagers…🏡

👫🏻 It’s really not an ODDITY that as we grow MATURE,
We tend to keep within a GROUP, instead of still explore…
And if we get so lucky that we reach that NINTH decade?
There’s definitely comfort in the friendships that were made…
To live a long and healthy life, and still have all our wits?
There’s nothing could be better…and we’d be ADORING IT! 👫🏻

  4. Pretty easy Monday solve….though I spent a few extra seconds working on MATURE. Thought correctly that “door bell” had something to do with it….and probably an “A” started the puzzle. Ergo, it came to me in a flash before solving anagrams, which is always nice !!

    • Hi Terry. Yes, it is nice when the solve just rings that bell! 🏡🙋🏻‍♀️

  5. Good morning. Well I’m back to being normal again. I’m no longer a genius. I had no problem with the words but was stuck on the cartoon answer for a little bit (about 5 minutes) staring at the letters when that light bulb went off and I got the answer. Enjoyed it today as well as all your input Angela. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

    • Good Morning, Paul. Not to worry, genius is so overrated! 😉 Thank you, and I’m glad you enjoyed it. And hoping you stay well and safe too. 🏡🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. A “door ring it” got me though I did have the anagrams quickly, and “A” and “Ring” ,it may be a tough Jumble week for me.

  7. Got the words quickly but did struggle a little with the jumble answer it was a fun puzzle

  8. Easy time of it this morning. Anagrams and cartoon answer fell into place nicely. Hope all of you have a good Monday.

  9. Hi all – “Mature” took a couple of looks after seeing TRAUMA. My first guess at the answer was ADMIRE-RING IT, but the RING and IT were a given, so the rest of the letters showed the very clever double pun.

As always, thanks Angela, for the song and fun link!

🎵”Striking for the gentle, striking for the kind
Striking for the guardians and protectors of the mind
And the poet and the painter far behind their rightful time
And we gazed upon the chimes of freedom flashing.”🎵 (Bob Dylan)

    Good wishes to everyone.

(With sincere apologies to Mig 😂):
“Although they weren’t ADORING IT, the Dodgers are a MATURE enough GROUP to withstand the ODDITY of a game-tying NINTH inning and an eleventh inning loss, knowing that there are eleven more great games against the Padres to look forward to.”

  10. My first guess, looking at the puzzle, without solving the “Woids”, it was going to be…. “Ding Dong” or something or other! That wasn’t the fact! Had a Stumble Jumble with “Mature” (for longer than the time I allot myself …Yeah….Go figure that one! 😆😆) Good Day All!

    • Hi Kimberly. The KEY was all in how they were both fawning over the bell in the dialogue. Out and out ADORING IT. A very clever ANSWER! 😉 Wishing you a good day too, Kimberly. 🚪🙋🏻‍♀️

  11. Yes, very clever and easy, but one that I really had to finish the words… first! to get the correct answer! It is so much fun, when on occasion the “solve” is before the “words”! Not today for me, dear friends! 😆

    • No matter how we get to the finish, as long as it’s fun, Kim, that’s what counts! 😉🙋🏻‍♀️

      • You Got that Right, Sister! It’s fun to see, the honesty on here! That’s what I like about this site! Not so much of telling of our shortcomings, but just to see, if we had a good day, or if we just weren’t feeling the vibe on this or that particular day! Fun to notice, that we can all be the same, sometimes! And Stumble Jumble on the same words! Or be “Geniuses” and just breeze through a Jumble Day!
