  1. Good morning. I didn’t claim Nonfat as hardest word because I got it right away but thought it’s not a single word. After trying to make another word I gave up and checked. To my surprise I was right all along. The cartoon answer was simple. Now I thought it was spot on, it left me with a smile. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

  2. Good Morning, Everyone. 👮🏻‍♂️ I hope this finds you well 👮🏻‍♂️

🎶 Took a walk and passed your house late last night…All the shades were pulled and drawn way down tight….From within, the dim light cast two SILHOUETTES on the shade…Oh, what a lovely couple they made…🎶 Silhouettes – Herman’s Hermits. 1965 https://tinyurl.com/yx9yhanc

👮🏻‍♂️The word of profile brings to mind the great John Barrymore,
And then there’s Kennedy with thoughts of courage that endured
But this profile a different one, this not a decent man,
A hand drawn photo, lacking where a PIXEL would be grand
This photo shows a criminal, his deeds might make one shiver,
And hopefully it helps so they can send him up the RIVER…
(As far as NONFAT’s going here…there’s no way it can play
It’s just one of the FEWEST things we’ll worry ‘bout today)…
They’ll use the sketch to track him down, applying all their guile…
And hopefully they’ll apprehend who does FIT THE PROFILE…👮🏻‍♂️

So who are these two law enforcement guys? And the man they’re PROFILING? They’re looking way too distinctive to be our ordinary Jumble Joes…And the encircled Star logo on the drawee’s T? Hmm…It’s all very SKETCHY. So, here’s the cartoon.. https://tinyurl.com/yxgwfbr3.. PINCH the pic, and help us out. I do have a thought or two, but it would be CRIMINAL to say, considering it could be OFFENSEive to Jeff if I’m really far off the MARK. Yes, I’m admitting that I’m GUILTY of DRAWING a blank…Can anyone identify them? If so…TURN YOURSELF in, and let us know. Be well, Everyone…and stay safe out there. 👮🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️

Thoughts and prayers for our readers in the path of Hurricane Sally, and all those still battling the fires on the West Coast. 🙏🏻🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. ✏️Trying to explain to the class that a PIXEL was a picture element, the instructor used an ad for a NONFAT milk that was filmed along a RIVER as an example…and showed them that the FEWEST number of dots FIT THE PROFILE perfectly…✏️

🥛 He searched the milks so carefully, for calories the FEWEST,
He didn’t enjoy NONFAT brands, but noticed one…the newest…
The carton showed a picture of a RIVER, and he grinned,
The artist in him thought about the PIXEL dots within…
He stood in concentration, and heard …”Dude, don’t block the aisle”
And looked around to realize it was he who FIT THE PROFILE! 🥛

  4. Nonfat got me as well, but after looking that up,the cartoon solution was a quick solve.Guess I was in good company not being able to get nonfat. On a not related note.
,A student at our local University,WIU,shot his roommate last night and is at large. As a result the university and local schools are all shut down for the day.

  5. Jimmy Olsen and Perry White? Guess not…. All the dialogue pointed to PROFILE as a word in the solution, so FIT the PROFILE just fell into place. I worked backwards to get NONFAT and did not have as hard a time accepting it as a legit word. I tried to put the two ‘N’s together to solve NTFNAO but couldn’t think of anything.
This morning is disgusting in Burbank with thick smoke and falling ash everywhere. We have developed a pattern of heavy smoke in the morning and less smoke (or ‘clearing’) in the afternoon but still nothing resembling normal. There is a really sad photo in the Los Angeles Times of a line of firemen in full gear and looking very tired walking toward their next fight. If Elon Musk can put a billionaire in space why can’t he make it rain where all the fires are?
As always squeeze some pleasure out of this day and breathe easy!

      • Yes, thankyou, I appreciate the kind advice. I seem to be the one who spent the FEWEST minutes checking this for accuracy. I’m an avid Jumble fan and share your interest, keeping my own list of words, and more. I am not familiar with how to access WikiAngelaJumblePedia.
        Best Regards – Steve

        • Steve…There’s no such thing as WikiAngela. That was just Steve teasing me because I wrote that Fewest appeared just last year. As a matter of fact, if I’m not mistaken, it’s appeared at least once in the past few years…I’d have to double check to be sure. And you’re in good company as far as being an avid fan..we all are here. Have a good night, Steve…(and I like your little play with Fewest) 😉 Be well, and stay safe out there…🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. Easy going if it had not been for NONFAT. I never guessed NONFAT… I should have as I hardly buy any product that is described as nonfat. It seems that I love any food that is bad for me, generally it tastes a lot better than with salt-less, non-fat, sugar-free… Love my Jellybeans!!! Fortunately I have a Cordon Bleu wife who makes sure that I eat healthy food for over 40 years.

  7. Had to back into nonfat but see I’m in good company. Cartoon answer was a given so all in all it was a good solve this morning. Happy Wednesday to all.

  8. Hi all – I first thought “Fit the picture” or Fit the drawing” for the answer, but the letters weren’t right. Got “Profile” from the cartoon picture and dialog “from the side.” Given all that, even though I now had the letters to back in to the last word, I tried many combinations but never did see NONFAT.

    Good wishes to everyone.

Out air quality is 20, way down in the “Good” range for the first time in awhile. Last night the sky was even clear enough to see Jupiter and Saturn. We got some ocean breeze overnight and a bit of drizzle to wash things out.

  9. Hi Everyone – I did get Nonfat but only after I had the answer and knew the letters for the circles. I also needed to back into Fewest, which I see did not trouble many others. The est and er endings come up from time to time so I’ll try to keep them in mind. Will have to catch up on posts later.
