  1. Good morning. No problem with the words but once I saw the cartoon and looked at those twelve letters, I lost my my thought in the sand trap. Not a fan of golf I gave it a try for fifteen minutes and decided to work on breakfast. Until tomorrow stay well.

  2. I had Neuter before Untrue but found my mistake. Though I’ve never played golf, other than miniature golf, I thought of Course and then the phrase. Wishing all a fun weekend.

  3. Good morning once again. What they said about the boy was Untrue. The Camera was hidden behind the Visor and at no time did it catch him other than being as mild as a Sheep when playing with other children. Take care.

  4. Untrue had me stumped at first, but getting that solved, and having been an avid golfer who only played on days of the week ending in a ‘Y’,hence daily, when I was younger,I enjoyed the golf cartoon.I’ve seen several golfers make holes in one,but the closest I came to one,was a hole in ‘3’, when my tee shot went left out of bounds, and I teed up again, after the 1 stroke penalty, and hit my next shot in the hole for the hole in ‘3’.

    • Chuck, that’s amazing, especially since when we had the Jumble about bowling you said your father would have had a 300 game except for not throwing a strike in the first frame. So close! You’ve got to work on those beginnings! Next, you’ll be telling us you gave up a home run to the first batter and then set down the next 27! 😂

  5. It took me awhile to get Course of Events. I thought Stroke of Luck would be a better answer to the Jumble Puzzle.

    • I agree a stroke of luck would have been more fitting as a hole in one is lucky, even Tiger Woods went 10 years w only 1 hole in one.

  6. I too first thought of neuter. Cartoon answer came easily as I figured course would be one of the words. I like “stroke of luck” too. Wishing all of you a good day.

  7. Hi all – The ‘UN’ trick showed me UNTRUE much faster than I would gotten it otherwise; I was about to be misled by NEUTER. VISOR actually took me the longest. CAMERA would have been trouble if I hadn’t been stuck on it several times in the past. No idea about the answer, but the letters showed EVENTS, and COURSE followed.

I found that there are only three PGA-tour golfers who ever shot two holes-in-one in the same round:

One of them was worried about the aftermath though:
“Tradition goes that the player who makes the hole-in-one buys the drinks.
‘It was a bad, bad day to do it,” Harman said, according to ESPN. “All of us are going into (New York City) tonight. I would have much rather had it yesterday.’ “

    Good wishes to everyone.

  8. Good Afternoon, Everyone…I hope this finds you well…🏌🏻‍♂️🏌🏻

🎶 Once there was a silly old ram..Thought he’d punch a HOLE in a dam…No one could make that ram, scram he kept buttin’ that dam…’Cause he had High Hopes, he had high hopes…He had high apple pie in the sky hopes…🎶 “High Hopes” – Frank Sinatra…(with Eddie Hodges)…Introduced in the 1959 film, “A HOLE in the Head“.. https://tinyurl.com/pfudcye

🏌🏻‍♂️🏌🏻A hole-in-one a feat indeed, to most though quite UNTRUE,
With CAMERA at the ready, folks like SHEEP would flock to view…
But David needs Jeffs cap because his dome more prone to burn,
While Jeff a VISOR would suffice…it’s easy to discern…
The bottom line though here today?…Fake news our guys invent…
Them golfing on a par like this? A dream COURSE OF EVENTS! 🏌🏻🏌🏻‍♂️

Ok…So, David and Jeff…Trust me, I’d never want to DRIVE a WEDGE between us and nothing personal, but let’s face it Guys…I don’t think you’d ever SWING something like this…And it’s only FAIR…WAY, more than fair to say that you’d have a ROUGH time making a living as professional golfers. Good thing you’ve got great jobs earning your bread and PUTTER by creating this Jumble GAME beCOURSE otherwise I’d bet NINE out of ten times you’d be PUTTering aROUND looking for that elusive ACE in the HOLE…But as far as this puzzle goes? Great SCRAMBLEs, and a TOUR de force with our cartoon! Another WINNER! And it’s nice to see Kathy and Claire ROUNDing out your FOREsome!

So, that’s it FORE today…And I’ll leave you with one of my favorite Golf jokes…
Two guys were playing golf, and just as one of them was about to swing, he noticed a funeral procession passing by on the street. He stopped mid-swing, bowed his head, closed his eyes and said a short prayer. The other man, deeply moved, remarked as he cleared his throat, “Wow, that was one of the most beautiful gestures of respect that I’ve ever seen.” “Well”, the first man said “I was married to her for 35 years.”…A fond FOREwell…And stay safe out there…🏌🏻🏌🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️

      • Hi Michael. Yes, the words may fit reversed, but the common phrase is COURSE OF EVENTS, https://tinyurl.com/y6w4j5zc, and that’s what David usually strives for…the common idiom, phrase or play on words…Thanks for your comment. Be well, and stay safe.🏌🏻🙋🏻‍♀️
