  1. Good Morning, Everyone. I hope this finds you well…๐Ÿง—๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿง—๐Ÿป My HEALTH would be in question…NAUSEA definitely in place,
If I would even think to hike the Glaciers icy lace…
Sun shining on its peaks, making a DOILY of terrain…
Fearโ€™s been there as a CHILD…heights have always been a bane
So kudos to this couple…happily they go their way…
Iโ€™ll stay down here, and read about how they HAD A NICE DAY..๐Ÿง—๐Ÿป

  2. ๐Ÿงต As a CHILD, she loved watching her Mother and Grandmother knit DOILY after doily, but due to her left-right disorientation, any attempt to teach her caused NAUSEA and a threat to their mental HEALTH…so no way could they say they HAD A NICE DAY. ๐Ÿงต

๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ She saw the CHILD standing there, blouse with a DOILY-like collar,
And trying to be noticed she waved heartily and hollered…
The child looking ill to her… with shades of NAUSEA there,
The hope her HEALTH not jeopardized…although it seemed quite clear
Poor child suddenly so pale…and much to her dismay…
Before able to reach her…well, nix to…HAD A NICE DAY ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

  3. Morning, Angela and everyone โ€“
NAUSEA took me lots of jumbling. I can’t recall seeing that word before.
For the answer, I checked to see if there was a famous three-letter Alaskan glacier but couldn’t find one. With only two vowels – a and i – the possibilities were limited. ICE was the first word that came to mind, but I didn’t grasp the pun until the end.

    • Good Morning, Caroline. I hadnโ€™t given Nausea a second thought, but after your comment, I went searching. And it seems like the word hasnโ€™t appeared since 2013! Iโ€™m going to take a more in-depth look when I get a chance, but that has definitely been quite a while …As for the pun..the big clue was the man saying that he had such a wonderful time…subtle, but between that, and your correctly pulling out ICE? Voila! Done! Have a good one, Caroline…Be well and stay safe. ๐Ÿง—๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

      • Thanks for checking, Angela. That was before I began doing the Jumble. It’s the kind of word I thought I might remember. Have a great day.

  4. Good morning. Again I got stumped on a word which was Nausea. Once I looked it up and went to the cartoon, it was another quick solve. Until tomorrow stay well.

  5. Good morning again. The poor Child being in poor Health and having Nausea did spoil mothers newly knitted Doily. Take care.

  6. My mother had doilies throughout the house,so doily cme quickly to mind, but not so much for nausea, with it’s many vowels.Ice or icy was a given for the final cartoon solution,so that was alo a quick solve.

  7. No problems with the anagrams or cartoon answer this morning. Iโ€™m with you and heights, Angela. No hiking on glaciers for me. Iโ€™m staying on terra firma.

    • Hiking on Glaciers? Iโ€™m starting to question my 4-inch heels! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ˜‰ Have a good one, Betty. Be well, and stay safe. ๐Ÿง—๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

      • 4 inch heels? Good for you. Though they look great (Iโ€™m short), Iโ€™m strictly a low heel kind of gal these days.

      • Iโ€™m not really tall either, Iโ€™m 5โ€™6โ€…well 5-5 1/2 actually, but I spot myself the other 1/2 inch! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Iโ€™m just so used to them, Iโ€™ve always worn them….Although with this quarantine, I havenโ€™t really had all that much need for them…Weโ€™ve had nowhere to go!.๐Ÿ˜ข…Who knows…maybe after all this things may change. I must admit Iโ€™ve been pretty comfortable in flip-flops and wedges and sneakers…My balance may have taken a hit! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

      • 5โ€™6โ€ thatโ€™s a great height, Angela. Iโ€™m only 5โ€™1โ€. If thereโ€™s reincarnation, Iโ€™m coming back as a 5โ€™ 8โ€ballerina. Know what you mean about dressing up these days – Iโ€™m into yoga pants and sneakers. Havenโ€™t been anywhere that requires any type of a dress code. Maybe I should institute one here at home.

      • LOL! A ballerina! But then youโ€™ll never be in heels! Or is that the whole idea?…All that balancing on toes? Now from that Iโ€™d surely fall over! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Yep, the quarantine can definitely be credited with taking a toll on fashion. Another thing that bit the dust…The least of it, of course, but it changes ones attitude, thatโ€™s for sure. Dress code…hmm. Letโ€™s talk! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

  8. Hi all – At first I saw LETHAL. Then I thought the answer was โ€œHad an ice timeโ€, but โ€œtimeโ€ was in the dialog. Wrote the letters to see what the last word was, and that also showed me I had missed HEALTH.

I hope neither of them gets a crampon the hike back to the ship.

    Good wishes to everyone.

    ๐ŸŽตโ€Oh, it’s such a perfect day
I’m glad I spent it with you
    Oh, such a perfect day
You just keep me hanging on
You just keep me hanging onโ€๐ŸŽต (Lou Reed)

โ€œThe HEALTH of the CHILD wasnโ€™t a problem; it was just the swirly paisley pattern of the DOILY that gave her NAUSEA.โ€
