🧟♂️ This troll has seen his GLORY days…no longer does he scare, Away the little Billy-Goats that we are seeing here… Before they may have felt that to RELENT their only choice, But today we can see that they have definitely found a voice… Our troll’s become INEPT as far calling all the shots, He’s standing at the BORDER of becoming a have-not… There’ll be no money paid to him… not even a slight smidge… The Grump sees now there’s getting ‘round his once fabled “TROLL” BRIDGE 🧟♂️
Before a Troll came to be known as an offensive, provocative person who dwells on-line, it was just an ugly mythical creature of folklore, who dwelled in caves under bridges…And I don’t think we’ve seen that many trolls in the Jumble over the years…But there was one featured in the puzzle of 11/04/17, which dealt with grazing goats, and the days solution was “Hill-Billies”. Unlike today, the tiny troll drawn that day, peeking out from under the bridge, was as eye candy alone, since he really had nothing to do with the puzzle per se…But that image immediately came to mind as soon as I saw today’s puzzle. As did the old folk tale, “Three Billy Goats Gruff”. Our troll may not be looking for goat meat today…but he is looking to “fleece“ them just the same! Nope, these goats don’t need that old “TROLL” BRIDGE...Two gold pieces each? That’s just GRAZY! It’s an excellent pun, and a cartoon that definitely draws you in! Have a great day, Everyone! …And as mentioned before…I wasn’t KIDding when I said…Don’t let anyone get your goat…🐐🙋🏻♀️

At first they felt INEPT and thought the whole thing really odd,
But more and more it looked to them like Christ upon the sod

Good morning. Another easy breezy jumble on both ends. Once you put down the letters bridge could be seen right away which left troll for a clever answer. Hi all – Another easy one today for both the words and answer, but the cartoon is striking! The first thing that any Monty Python fan will think of is the bridge troll scene in “The Holy Grail”, and probably the last thing that anyone would think of is that they should have added two letters to the last word to come up with the Beatle song “DR ROBERT”, which I just happened to be thinking about on Sunday.
