  1. You screwed up the puxzle you only had 7 letters in the first word should’ve been 8

    • You screwed up the “puxzle” comment, It should have been two “Z”s not 1

  6. When the BLIMP went ABLAZE, the POKER players, as ALWAYS,
    hid their emotions and calculated what a “sizable problem” this would cause the aerodrome traffic.
    No problem with the clue words but with the length of solution words was forced to get out the trusty pen and write the letters out. Answer came quite quickly.

  10. Ok, folks..The “Thriller” with the Gorilla! This “Sizable Problem” caused a “sizable problem” for some of you this morning! “Uh, Pat, can I buy an “E”?
    Not…! So, if we can all COME DOWN off our high horses, and ladders, let’s move on, ok?

    King Kong, Fay Wray. King Kong, Jessica Lange. King Kong…keeps getting all these good looking women! He sets hearts ABLAZE! Could it be because after hours he dresses well, and we never knew? I never gave it a second thought! Just ALWAYS figured he was comfortable in his own SKIN, and never cared about fashion. But today, we see differently…Jeff’s showing us that the primate may want a PRI-MATE! He’s looking for a GORILLA MY DREAMS! He’ll need to dress the part, he’ll need a MONKEY Suit, and he’s willing to go to great LENGTHS to get it! This is a whole new MAGILLA, and it’s whetting my APEpetite!

    Todays words: Easy enough, nothing to go Bananas over. Our cartoon: Some good MATERIAL here, once you SIZE up the situation. “Big and Tall” obviously doesn’t cover those BIG enough to POKER BLIMP out of the sky. It looks like Kong may have to try another shop…Maybe the new “GORILLAS IN OUR MIST-FIT” Shop. I hear it’s WAY OVER the TOP! Today’s eye candy? Going with the NY Skyline…It can put a SPELL on you…

      • Ah Steve, so sorry to disappoint but I don’t drink alcohol and so cannot provide the mai tai’s at the beach😩 I would be glad to share my beach with you and all the Jumble people out there–as I did today with a well-known US Senator who was inspecting the damage along the lake shore due to unprecedented high water levels.🏊🏖 🍹

          Also hadn’t heard about high water levels there. We certainly know about those here after last winter’s rains, and now the bumper crop of vegetation they spawned seems to all be on fire at once.

  12. Hi, Mike et al! Easy words. Not an instant solve today but fast enough not to be classified as a sizeable problem.
    Good job as usual, Angela. I think we are the only continent on Earth that spells it “sizable,” so that was not a sizeable error. Counting the circles; picky, picky. LOL
    Jerry calls all of his wonderful suits Monkey Suits because he is sooo much happier in jeans & a T-shirt.

      An Indian musician played the guitar on the operating table to help doctors treat involuntary muscle spasms in his fingers.
      Abhishek Prasad was asked to play every time doctors “burnt” a circuit in his brain to treat what is commonly known as “musician’s dystonia”.
      The condition causes painful spasms, twisting and repetitive movements or abnormal postures.
      Mr Prasad told the BBC that he was able to play with ease after the surgery.

  13. Signed in late and not sure what all the fuss is about; I am just glad to have this site to bail me out when my brain freezes. I had the words correct, however, first word that I saw for an answer was blazers and I went with it. Of course, I went the wrong path and finally gave up on answer. Thanks for helping out! 🙂

      • Hey Steve, had a wonderful stay in Vegas; it was hot as hades, but low humidity. 98 here today and miserable outside so I am staying inside as much as possible. Returned with a few extra dollars and have the door secured and password protected.💰Stay cool!😎
